the quad is huge with four seating areas at each corner. There are maple trees around the middle of the quad. the grass was trimmed and green with four cement paths lading to the middle. In the middle of the quad stood a huge thick oak tree named Loveless.
Legend states that if you carve a wish of love into the tree trunk on the day of love it or carved a wish of evil into the tree trunk on the day of the dead it will come to be if your heart truly wishes it.
